1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer support team at our business hours. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is broken, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, Petveora will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want it, the customer is responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refund Processing Time We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
