Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally? No. We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the domestic United States. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is completely free. We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States with no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, packages typically take 7–14 business days to arrive.

  • Total Delivery Estimate: You can expect your package within 8–17 business days from your date of purchase.

How can I track my package? Once your order has been dispatched, we will automatically send you an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually updates within 24 to 48 hours of shipment. You can monitor your package status directly on our website using our Track Your Order page.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of standard credit cards and express digital wallets through Shopify Payments, including:

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I start a return? Please contact our support team during business hours to initiate a return. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives broken or incorrect, Petveora covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you change your mind, select the incorrect size, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
